design or as maybe provided by you.

India will assist you in design of the spice box
or the spice container or pouch or as maybe
provided by you.
5. Bagans
India will assist you in procuring the spice boxes
or the spice container or pouch from India or as
maybe provided by you.
6. Bagans
India will assist you in packaging of the spices
in spice boxes or container or pouches in consumer packs
or in bulk packing or as maybe instructed by you.
7. Bagans
India will assist in exporting your brand of
spices, including shipment and handling or as
maybe provided by you.
8. Bagans
India will assist you in setting up your company
in India or you may enter into a joint venture
with Bagans India on a terms as maybe agreed.
Since exports from India will not be allowed
without license and other approvals you will
either have to establish a company in India and
obtain the licenses and approvals or enter into a
joint venture with Bagans India for the said
exports from India.
9. Bagans
India will assist in customizing as per your
requirement.
